Firefighters were called to a house fire on Northwood Road in Harefield.
A small part of the kitchen in a detached house was damaged by fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus led a woman to safety who was assessed on scene by London Ambulance Service crews for smoke inhalation.
The Brigade was called at 2317 and the fire was under control by 2352. Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters from Ruislip and Northolt fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
