Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters responded to a fire on Trumpers Way, Hanwell.
The fire involved a storage unit that was partially damaged by the fire. One person from a nearby residential property was assessed on scene by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
The Brigade was first called about the incident at 2229, and crews from Southall, Acton Heston and surrounding fire stations were mobilised to the scene. Crews were able to bring the fire under control by 0032.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
