Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters attended a fire on Overcourt Close in Blackfen.
The fire started in a garden before spreading to an end-of-terraced house. Half of the loft was damaged by fire as well as the building's fascia. A garden shed and two fence panels were also destroyed by fire.
One person was treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service.
The Brigade received the first of 11 calls at 1152 and Control Officers mobilised crews from Sidcup, Bexley and Lee Green fire stations to the scene. The fire was extinguished by 1422.
The cause of the fire has been recorded as accidental.
