We’re currently working to improve our recruitment process, and cannot accept any applications for the firefighter role while this work is taking place.
Our new recruitment process will ensure that we select high-calibre candidates who can demonstrate the core competencies required to succeed as a firefighter at London Fire Brigade.
We currently have enough applicants to fill up our firefighter development training school places until April 2027.
When our new recruitment process has been agreed we’ll update this page to say when applications will re-open, and how the new process will work.
