Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a house fire on The Manor Drive in Worcester Park.
Firefighters tackled a fire which caused significant damage to the loft conversion of a semi detached house. Two people left the property before the Brigade arrived and were assessed by London Ambulance Service crews at the scene.
The Brigade's Control Office was called at 1628 and mobilised crews from New Malden, Wimbledon, Mitcham and other surrounding Fire Stations to the scene. The fire was under control by 1704.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
