Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters have been called to a house fire on Rannoch Road in Hammersmith.
Half of the ground floor and half of the first floor in a house under renovation were damaged by fire. Part of a neighbouring property's first floor, and a small part of the roof, were also destroyed by fire.
The Brigade's 999 Control officers received their first call at 0409 and mobilised crews from Acton, Fulham, Kensington and Wandsworth fire stations. The incident was under control by 0600.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
