Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters tackled a fire at a mixed-use building on Pegler Square in Kidbrooke.
A car in a basement car park was destroyed by fire and two further vehicles either side were damaged. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade's Control Officers took the first call to the fire at 0923 and mobilised crews from Lee Green, Greenwich, East Greenwich, New Cross and surrounding fire stations to the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
