Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters responded to a fire on Grange Road, Willesden.
The fire was located in a car workshop, which was significantly damaged by the fire. Firefighters worked to cool a number of cylinders that were involved in the fire, and remove them to a safe location. One of the Brigade's 32m ladders was also deployed to the scene as part of the Brigade's response.
The Brigade was first called about the fire at 0238, and crews from Willesden, North Kensington, and West Hampstead fire stations were mobilised to the scene. Crews had the incident under control by 0500.
The cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental, started by a car engine fire.
