Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a converted office building on Lomond Grove in Camberwell.
Firefighters tackled a fire on the ground floor of a three storey office building, where part of the reception area was damaged by the fire. The building was evacuated before the Brigade arrived and no injuries were reported.
The Brigade was called at 1306, fire crews from Peckham, Brixton, Old Kent Road and Clapham fire stations were mobilised to the scene. The fire was under control by 1406.
The fire is believed to have been caused by the failure of a lithium-ion battery pack.
