London Fire Brigade is committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children, young people and adults.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and London Fire Brigade has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of abuse and neglect. We engage with our communities when we respond to incidents, and carry out prevention activities. Throughout this work we expect all our staff and volunteers to share in our commitment to safeguarding. We do this by helping to protect people’s health, wellbeing and human rights.
