Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Victoria Road in Kensington.
A small fire in a bathroom on the second floor had already been extinguished before the arrival of the Brigade. One woman was led to safety by fire crews and was assessed at the scene for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 0233 and the fire was under control by 0256. Fire crews from Kensington and Chelsea fire stations attended the scene
