Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a house in Primrose Place in Isleworth.
The roof of the terraced house was destroyed and a small part of the third floor was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1450 and the fire was under control at 1604. Fire crews from Heston and Twickenham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
