Questionnaire - short version

 

This is the shortened version of the consultation questionnaire. It has fewer questions and is designed to be quicker and easier to complete.

Your view matters

In response to feedback from close family of the deceased, survivors and other ADR claimants, we are proposing projects totalling £8.25 million (including contingency).

 

1. A five-year Grenfell Memory Project Grants Programme – Total: £5 million over 5 years

A. Personal Memory grants for close family members of the deceased – £3 million

B. Young People’s grants for young people affected by Grenfell – £1 million

Eligible if:

  • aged 16–25 at the time of the fire and part of the North Kensington/Grenfell community, OR
  • aged 30 or under with additional needs*, from the North Kensington/Grenfell community.

    (*Additional needs includes disability, social or personal challenges, or hardship)

C. Community Resilience grants for groups disproportionately affected and for grassroots Grenfell Anniversary activities – £1 million

 






2. Five year residential and day activity programme – Total £1.5 million over 5 years

Supporting personal development, confidence and life skills for young people aged 11–15 in North Kensington/Grenfell communities.

 






3. Five year fire safety careers outreach programme – Total £300,000

Fire Safety careers information and advice in the community: Fully funded workshops and a Level 3 Fire Safety Certificate for 12 participants each year, delivered by experienced LFB fire safety professionals.

 






4. Reducing future tragedies – Total £300,000

Developing educational and professional resources using Grenfell case studies to help drive culture change in the built environment.

 






5. Feasibility study for a community hub (Youth focus) – Total £60,000

Exploring whether a youth‑focused community hub in the Grenfell catchment area is viable and sustainable.
