Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Goodhart Way in West Wickham.
Part of the ground floor of the semi-detached house was damaged by the fire. Firefighters rescued a woman and a child from the first floor via a ladder. Crews wearing breathing apparatus also rescued one man from the first floor via an internal staircase. They were all taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 0137 and the fire was under control by 0210. Fire crews from Bromley and Beckenham fire stations attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
