Garage fire – Wembley

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a garage on Dean Court in Wembley.

Two people left the property before the Brigade arrived. A garage was destroyed by the blaze. Part of the window on the first floor and exterior of the house was damaged by the blaze. There were no reports of any injuries.

Incident Commander Neil Cash who was at the scene said, “Crews worked quickly to contain the fire to the garage to stop it spreading into the house.”

The Brigade was called at 2037and the fire was under control by 2144. Fire crews from Wembley, Stanmore and Northolt fire stations attended the scene. 

 The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and Metropolitan Police Service.
