Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire on Beaconsfield Road in Mottingham.
A lean-to carport, a shed and six fence panels were destroyed by the fire and part of the external fascia of a semi-detached house was damaged. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 2205 and the fire was under control by 2241. Fire crews from Eltham, Lee Green and Sidcup fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
