Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Longford Close in Feltham.
Part of the ground floor of an end-of-terraced house was damaged by the fire. One man left the property before the Brigade arrived. He was treated at the scene and taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
The Brigade was called at 0049 and the fire was under control by 0137. Fire crews from Feltham, Twickenham and Heston fire stations attended.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
