Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house in Glenburnie Road in Tooting.
Part of the first floor of the property was damaged by fire. One man and one woman left the property before the arrival of the Brigade and were both taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 2024 and the fire was under control at 2221. Fire crews from Tooting, Wimbledon and Clapham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
