Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a shop with flats above in Baker Street, NW1.
Part of the ground floor shop was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 0404 and the fire was under control at 0522. Fire crews from Euston, Paddington and Soho fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
