Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house converted into flats on Cambridge Avenue in Kilburn.
A small part of a four-roomed flat on the ground floor was damaged by the fire. Three people left the building before the Brigade arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1413 and the fire was under control by 1452. Fire crews from North Kensington, West Hampstead and Paddington fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
