Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a recycling centre on Wallingford Road in Uxbridge.
Around 20 bales of recycled paper were destroyed by the fire and a small part of a forklift truck was damaged. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0218 and the fire was under control by 0406. Fire crews from Hillingdon, Hayes and Heathrow fire stations were at the scene.
