Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Norbury Court Road in Norbury.
Part of the ground floor, first floor and roof of an end of terraced house were damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers took 19 calls to the fire.
The Brigade was called at 1601 and the fire was under control by 1656. Fire crews from Norbury, Tooting, Wimbledon, Croydon and surrounding fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
