Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a fire at a derelict pub on Park Terrace, Worcester Park.
The building was destroyed by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0515 and the fire was under control at 0802, but firefighters will remain on scene throughout the morning damping down.
Fire crews from New Malden, Sutton, Surbiton and surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
