Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a fire at a shop with flats above on High Street, Harlesden.
The ground floor shop was destroyed by the fire and part of the fascia of the building from the ground floor to the roof was damaged.
Three people left the flats above before the Brigade arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0427 and the fire was under control by 0606. Fire crews from Willesden, Park Royal, North Kensington, Acton and Hammersmith fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
