Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters were called to a fire at a disused health centre on South Park Drive in Ilford.

Part of the single storey health centre was damaged by fire. There were no reported injuries.

The Brigade was called at 15:55 and the fire was under control by 17:15. Fire crews from Barking, East Ham and Ilford fire stations attended the scene.
