Six fire engines and 35 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a block of flats in Marylebone Road, Marylebone.
A small part of a flat on the 11th floor was damaged by fire. Two men were left the affected flat before the arrival of the Brigade and were treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service. A further 15 people left the building before the arrival of the Brigade.
The Brigade was called at 0253 and the fire was under control at 0414. Fire crews from Paddington, Euston, Soho, Kensington and North Kensington fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
