Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to fires at three separate bin rooms in Alnwick Road, Beckton.
All three bins rooms were slightly damaged in the fires. Four adults and two children left the properties before the arrival of the Brigade. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0454 and the fires were under control at 0545. Fire crews from Plaistow, East Ham, Stratford and Barking fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fires is under investigation.
