Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a maisonette in Carey Gardens in Battersea.
Half of a maisonette on the second and third floors was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 2111 and the fire was under control at 2212. Fire crews from Lambeth and Brixton fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
