Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers tackled a shed blaze on Lamerton Street last night.
Part of the external shed was damaged by fire. The fire spread to a ground floor flat causing a small amount of damage.
The Brigade was called at 2309 and the fire was under control by 2334. Fire crews from Deptford, Greenwich, New Cross and Lewisham fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
