Greenford – rubbish fire

A pile of rubbish 100 metres by 25 metres was damaged by the blaze and one shed was destroyed.

The Brigade was called at 1549 and the fire was under control by 1829. Fire crews from Northolt, Wembley, Southall, Ealing and Stanmore fire stations. The cause of the fire is under investigation by fire officers and the police.
