Four fire engines and 20 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a restaurant in Russell Parade in Golders Green.
Part of the ground floor restaurant, void between the ground and first floor and part of the flat roof at the rear of the building was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 1853 and the fire was under control at 2054. Fire crews from Hendon, Northolt, Finchley and West Hampstead fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
