Five fire engines and 31 firefighters and officers were called to a flat fire on Great West Road in Brentford in the early hours of this morning (Monday 11 December).
Part of a four roomed flat on the lower ground floor in a block of flats was damaged by fire. Twenty one people evacuated from neighbouring properties. No injuries are reported.
The Brigade was called at 0031 and the incident was over by 0157. Fire crews from Chiswick, Ealing, Acton, Richmond and Heston fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
