Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters and officers were called to a house fire on Englefield Close in Orpington this afternoon.
Part of the ground floor and first floor of the two storey terraced house were damaged in the blaze.
The Brigade was called at 1415 and the fire was under control by 1606. Fire crews from Orpington, Sidcup and Greenwich fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
