Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at an athletics stadium in Wimbledon Park.
Part of the ground floor of a pavilion was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 0831 and the fire was under control at 0955. Fire crews from Wandsworth, Wimbledon and Tooting fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
