Six fire engines and 35 firefighters and officers were called to a fire in Risebridge Chase, Romford last night.
Approximately 50 tonnes of rubbish was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 2230 and the fire was under control at 0134. Fire crews from Romford, Hainault, Hornchurch and Dagenham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
