Firefighters rescued a man trapped in a car on Roehampton Lane in Richmond, yesterday morning.
Crews worked in bad weather conditions to rescue the man from the vehicle after a collision. The car was overturned and crashed against a lamp post. The man was then taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 0610 and the incident was under control by 0735. Fire crews from Richmond and Battersea fire stations attended the scene.
