Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to deal with a fire in a factory on Constable Crescent in Tottenham this morning.
Part of an industrial oven on the ground floor of a food processing factory was damaged by the fire.
Arriving on scene, crews could see white smoke issuing from the oven vent and quickly put out the fire, which was contained within the cooking appliance. Thankfully no one was injured.
The Brigade was called at 0601 and the fire was under control by 0645. Fire crews from Tottenham and Walthamstow fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
