Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a scrap yard fire on Benskins Lane in Romford yesterday afternoon.
The blaze damaged some of the wrecked vehicles in the yard, completely destroying a van and a car. Thankfully there were no report of injuries.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
