Firefighters rescue man from car in Tottenham

Two fire engines and a fire rescue unit attended a road traffic collision on Laburnum Avenue in Tottenham this afternoon.

Two cars were involved. A man was trapped and firefighters using cutting equipment freed him from the vehicle. He was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.

The Brigade was called at 1632 and the incident was under control by 1729. Fire crews from Tottenham fire station attended the scene.
