Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire in an abandoned building on White Hart Lane in Tottenham yesterday evening.
Part of ground and first floor of the derelict property was damaged by the blaze, but thankfully the building was empty and no injuries were reported.
The Brigade was called at 2258 and the fire was under control by 2328. Fire crews from Tottenham and Hornsey fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation by London Fire Brigade’s officers and the police.
