The Brigade’s fire boat crew dealt with a jetty fire on the banks of the Thames near Old Billingsgate Walk this afternoon.
One wooden beam was damaged by the fire.
The Brigade was called at 1324 and the fire was under control by 1408. Firefighters from Lambeth fire boat, Dowgate and Whitechapel fire stations were at the scene.
