Eight fire engines and 58 firefighters and officers dealt with a fire in a shopping centre under demolition on the High Street in Acton.
Part of the basement has been damaged by the blaze.
The Brigade was called at 0048 and the fire was under control by 0334. Fire crews from Acton, Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, North Kensington, Park Royal and Paddington fire stations were at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
