Firefighters attended a small fire at a house converted into flats on Victoria Road in Wood Green last night.
One woman was rescued from the property by a member of the public before the arrival of the Brigade and another woman left the property, also before the Brigade arrived at the scene.
A small area of a three roomed flat on the ground floor was damaged by fire.
Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters from Hornsey fire station attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 0021 and the fire was under control at 0101. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
