Firefighters freed a woman from her car after a serious road traffic collision on Waterloo Road in Romford this morning.
Fire crews used cutting equipment to free the trapped woman. She was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews. A man was also treated at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 0841 and the incident was over for the Brigade at 0940. Firefighters from Romford, Hornchurch and East Ham fire stations were at the scene.
