Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a flat fire on South Road in Feltham this afternoon.
A woman was rescued by firefighters via an internal staircase. She was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews. A further woman and a boy were led to safety by fire crews and treated at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 1601 and the fire was under control by 1655. Firefighters from Twickenham, Southall and Surrey fire and rescue service attended the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
