Fire crews used cutting equipment to remove the roof of a car to release its driver following a road traffic collision on Ruislip High Street this morning.
The driver, who had been trapped by the nature of his injuries, was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
The Brigade was called at 0800 and the incident was over by 0839. Two fire engines, a fire rescue unit and around 15 firefighters from Harrow, Ruislip and Wembley fire stations were at the scene.
