Firefighters are pumping water out of a narrow boat which is sinking on Regents Canal in Kings Cross.
The boat is believed to overloaded and has started taking on water. A large amount of coal has been removed and fire crews are trying to prevent the vessel from sinking.
The Brigade was called at 0706.
