Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers dealt with a house fire on Wellington Road South in Hounslow.
The house was severely damaged by fire. A man left the property before the Brigade arrived.
The Brigade was called at 1721 and the fire was under control by 1848. Fire crews from Feltham and Heston fire stations were at the scene. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
