A man has sadly died at a house fire on Randall Avenue, Cricklewood in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters found the body of the man on the ground floor and he was pronounced dead by London Ambulance Service crews at the scene.
Over half of the ground floor was damaged by the blaze.
Two fire engines and 14 firefighters and officers from Willesden and Wembley fire stations. The Brigade was called at 0122 and the fire was under control by 0227.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade’s Fire Investigation Unit and the Metropolitan Police.
