Six people escaped a house fire on Gaywood Close in Tulse Hill, yesterday evening.
Fortunately there were no injuries and half of the first floor was damaged by fire.
Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters from Brixton and West Norwood fire stations tackled the blaze.
The Brigade was called at 2018 and the fire was under control at 2113. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
